Scope and Boundaries:
The planning area includes the entire administrative boundary of Bàu Trâm Commune, with the following borders:
To the East: Adjacent to Xuân Lộc District.
To the West: Adjacent to Xuân Thành, Xuân An, and Xuân Hòa Wards.
To the South: Adjacent to Xuân Lộc District.
To the North: Adjacent to Bảo Vinh Ward and Xuân Lộc District.
Area size: Approximately 1,178.97 hectares.
Population size: Approximately 9,400 people (by 2030) and around 10,000 people (by 2040).
Long Khánh City is located in the eastern part of Đồng Nai Province, covering a natural area of 191.75 km² with a permanent population of approximately 154,768 people. Its administrative boundaries include 9 communes and 5 wards. The city serves as the eastern gateway of Đồng Nai Province and connects the strategic Southeast economic region with the Central Highlands and central regions. It lies on National Highway 1A, National Highway 56, and the national railway – all vital national transportation routes. Long Khánh is 80 km from Ho Chi Minh City, 50 km from Biên Hòa, and about 15 km from Dầu Giây along National Highway 1A.
