플랜애드 건축사사무소 손민창 대표 건축사는 베트남 응이손 지역에 위치한 혼메섬을 초대형 국제 물류 허브 단지로 계획하는 아이디어를 베트남 정부에 제출하였다
내륙의 산업단지부터 응이손 항만 지역을 연결하는 거대한 산업 네트워크 "WIDE LINK"를 제안. 

이를 통해 국내 및 국제 산업 및 물류의 이동이 가능한 미래 해양 물류 산업의 새로운 상징이 되도록 할뿐아니라 관광 자원과 제로 에너지 일환의 상세 아이디어도 제안하여 혹평을 받았다. 특히 가상현실을 도입한 미래 관광 자원개발이 이색적이였다.

 

PROJECT MILESTONE AND ACTION PLAN

2024: 

- Approve the inclusion of the Hon Me island Project in the National Plan (Seaport Planning and Marine Spatial Planning)

- Approved to include the Project in the General Planning of Thanh Hoa province and the General Planning of Nghi Son economic zone

- Prepare detailed drawings of planning ideas

2025-2026

- Adjusting the General Planning of Nghi Son Economic Zone (including Hon Me Project)_1/5000

- Making zoning planning 1/2000

- Approval of investment policy
